In the age where the unemployment status in South Africa has  risen so much, do not apply for the job if you are not a 70 to 90% matching the criteria listed on the job advertisement. ATS is the system that HR use to weed out the right candidate from the number of applications they receive, as human error is inevitable.
Fill out all fields
Leaving out details not filled can be disastrous as some details are prerequisite.

This is practically most important thing to do as a job-seeker because first you check the credibility of the company online. You are checking the values, mission and their work ethics. In the same way, connecting with company employees through social media for an informational interview can be done. Nicely so, they might tell you why they love their job in the company they are working at.
HR CONNECT
Find someone in the HR and ask them to connect you. Simply put, tell them why you want to connect and if possible ask for a second degree connection.
